This beginner‑friendly program shows you how to harness artificial intelligence for personal wellbeing and to support others. Across nine courses you'll learn to be the human checkpoint between wellness chatbots and users by using pre‑written prompt templates and tone–accuracy–risk checklists to vet responses.

You'll discover how to tell simple automation from genuine personalization, set realistic expectations, trust predictions appropriately and close the feedback loop with effective prompts and critical evaluations. Courses explore psychological adoption factors—trust, privacy, empathy, effort expectancy and social influence—and map each stage of the consumer decision journey.

You'll master decision frameworks that blend AI‑generated pros and cons with your own values; track and analyze your mood using the valence‑arousal model and AI‑suggested triggers; and turn vague intentions into SMART goals using AI assistance while maintaining decision authority. Other courses teach you to design PERMA experiments to strengthen positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment; use AI‑guided stress‑reduction techniques and biometric data to measure improvement; and build a sustainable mindfulness practice by analyzing attention drift.

Through role plays, coach dialogues and data‑driven projects, you'll leave prepared to leverage AI for personal wellness—no coding required.
