Join us for a comprehensive lab session, "Building BI Dashboards with Amazon QuickSight", organized by AWS Skill Builder, particularly designed for emerging data analysts. This training is part of a series of Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Amazon QuickSight courses.

As a new data analyst at AnyCompany Consulting, you'll engage with an extensive dataset which includes over 12 million U.S. flights from the past two years, out of which 250,000 were cancelled.

Your primary task is to use Amazon QuickSight to visualize this flight data, which is stored in two Excel files. Through this, you will explore the cancellation causes and connect these insights back to specific air carriers and airports.

Throughout this lab, your goals will be to ingest and prepare the dataset, create comprehensive analyses and dashboards, develop visualizations, uncover insights, and finally publish your QuickSight dashboard to share with your client.
