ABOUT THE COURSE:

Understanding how the law shapes business is essential for anyone starting, managing, or advising a business today. This course navigates the points of intersections between law and a wide variety of business contexts.

It examines common legal issues that affect business transactions in the marketplace – contract of sale, choice of entities, legal framework, dispute resolution and other legal issues. The course also engages with contemporary developments such as the legal nuances of e-commerce and emerging issues around artificial intelligence and smart contracts in business dealings.

By bridging legal doctrine with real-world application, the course equips learners to understand how business agreements are regulated in practice and how legal frameworks continue to evolve in response to changing economic and technological contexts.INTENDED AUDIENCE:
