Threats can wreak havoc on a network, but Cisco’s security solutions will help mitigate them. This course will teach you the threats you need to be aware of, and how to mitigate them by using automating security appliances​ or Cisco Talos.There are numerous threats that can negatively impact an organization’s IT infrastructure, regardless if it is hosted in the cloud, or on-premises.

In this course, Cisco Core Security:

Security Concepts, you’ll gain an understanding of these threats, as well as how to mitigate against them using Cisco Talos or automating security appliances. First, you will learn the different types of threats that exist.

Next, you will discover what security intelligence is and Cisco’s solution. Finally, you will explore how to automate various Cisco security devices, such as Firepower Threat Defense.

When you’re finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of automating Cisco’s security products needed to protect your network from the latest threats.
