This course, Emerging Technologies Shaping Supply Chains, offers a comprehensive overview of the innovations transforming how organizations plan, produce, move, and deliver goods in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
Learners will begin by exploring the foundations of the digital supply chain, where Industry 4.0 technologies enable new levels of integration, visibility, and responsiveness. A strong emphasis is placed on artificial intelligence (AI) and agentic AI, highlighting their role in demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and manufacturing.
