Overview

This course focuses on the practical aspects of preparing to work as a support agent in organizations with AWS environments. It begins by reviewing previously covered topics, placing specific attention on debugging and troubleshooting. The course then moves into concepts related to interacting with customers to gather information and progress towards a solution.

Next, you will view the architecture from various perspectives, including builder, supporter, and interviewer. Following this, the course shifts towards preparing you to apply for Cloud Support Associate positions. This includes in-depth dives into resume and portfolio building, as well as creating an online presence. You'll also learn how to evaluate opportunities and identify any knowledge gaps.

The third module emphasizes preparing for interviews. It includes sessions with AWS Premium Support professionals discussing the interviewing and hiring process, along with mock interviews and sample questions. The final module allows you to practice your acquired skills and knowledge through a multi-part project where you will build, analyze, and document an application architecture from different perspectives.
