AI Ethics for the Workplace

Overview

In this course, you’ll learn what artificial intelligence (AI) is and how people use AI in the workplace. Then, you’ll explore common risks and ethical concerns related to AI use in the workplace, and finally, you’ll apply core concepts of AI ethics to organizational policies and standards.

This course includes a variety of instructional strategies to support effective learning. You will engage with interactive components such as case-based scenarios, one practice quiz and one graded quiz knowledge checks, the quizzes are designed to reinforce your understanding and promote active participation.

This module introduces you to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in professional settings. You’ll then examine key risks and ethical challenges associated with workplace AI and conclude by applying essential principles of AI ethics to organizational policies and standards.
