This module introduces web developers to the transformative potential of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and GitHub Copilot. Learners will explore how AI can automate and enhance tasks across the web development stack: setting up and using AI tools, designing and testing front-end interfaces, building secure backend servers, and managing databases. Through practical examples, the module demonstrates how generative AI streamlines workflows, improves code quality, generates content, and optimizes data management, empowering developers to create more efficient, accessible, and dynamic web applications.
