You'll go from your first conversation to building repeatable workflows, all without needing a Claude account or subscription. DataCamp provides a built-in Claude experience so you can learn by doing from the very first lesson.

No technical background is required. Write Better Prompts and Get Consistent Results Most people use AI tools by typing whatever comes to mind and hoping for the best.

This course teaches a smarter approach. You'll learn a three-part prompt framework — setting the stage, defining the task, and specifying rules — and practice it on realistic professional scenarios.

You'll also work through common challenges:

responses that are too generic, the wrong tone, or the wrong format. By the end of the first chapter, you'll know how to iterate effectively and evaluate Claude's outputs using the 4D Framework for AI Fluency:

Organise Your Work with Projects, Artifacts, and Skills Claude becomes significantly more powerful once you know how to structure your work around it. You'll learn how to create Projects with shared knowledge bases and custom instructions that persist across conversations, generate interactive artifacts like reports and dashboards, and build reusable Skills that encode your team's workflows so Claude follows the same process every time — without you having to explain it from scratch.

Expand Claude's Reach with Connectors and Research Mode Claude can go beyond a single chat window. This course covers how to connect Claude to the tools where your work actually lives, use enterprise search to pull in relevant information across your organisation, and activate Research Mode for deep, multi-source investigations that would take hours to do manually.

You'll learn when each capability adds the most value and how to use them together. By the time you complete this course, you'll have the skills to use Claude confidently across writing, research, and knowledge work — with a clear framework for deciding what to delegate, how to guide it, and when to apply your own judgment.

Get hands-on with Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant for writing, research, and reasoning. Practice your first prompts on real business scenarios, learn a three-part prompt framework and the 4D skills for AI fluency, and refine drafts through iteration. Compare Claude on the web with the desktop app's Chat, Cowork, and Code modes.
• Organizing Your Work and Knowledge
Organize ongoing work in Claude Projects with shared knowledge bases and custom instructions that shape every chat. Create interactive artifacts such as reports and dashboards, then publish or share them outside your project. Build reusable Skills so Claude follows your team's workflows without repeating setup each time.
• Expanding Claude's Reach
Connect Claude to tools you already use, including Google Drive and Slack, with scoped access that respects your existing permissions. Use Enterprise Search to find answers across your organization's internal data, and Research mode for multi-source investigations with cited reports. Learn when to choose connectors, search, or research for the task at hand.
• Putting It All Together
