This course aims to provide educators with essential knowledge and skills to understand, use, and evaluate generative AI systems. Through five interactive, self-guided modules, participants will learn about AI literacy, effective prompting techniques, practical applications, limitations of generative AI, and strategies for integrating AI into teaching. By the course's end, educators will be prepared to navigate AI's risks and benefits, leveraging it ethically and effectively in educational settings. (Approximate time 3 hrs.)

The course encourages participants to join a LinkedIn online community to enhance their learning and connect with fellow educators focused on AI in education. This community offers a space to share projects, discuss trends, and seek guidance on generative AI. It also provides networking opportunities, access to practice prompts, and participation in an "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) series, keeping members informed and engaged with ongoing resources and discussions.
