Overview

The evolution of computer games parallels the advancement of technologies such as multiplayer networks and artificial intelligence. This course examines the legal challenges within the computer game industry and, by extension, these technologies. It caters to various participants, from lawyers aiming to enhance their expertise to game developers and publishers seeking a structured understanding of their legal landscape. While this course draws from Russian law and practice, international enthusiasts will find that global video game legal challenges share a common foundation.

The course's author, one of Russia's pioneering lawyers specializing in gaming law, brings years of practical and academic experience to the table. His early involvement in this field, pre-dating its trend status, has equipped him with unparalleled insights into the gaming industry's legal aspects.
