Discover essential skills for nurse leaders to drive Dragon Copilot rollout, from AI concepts to overcoming objections and managing change.By the end of this module, you'll be able to:

Explain Dragon Copilot value using nursing staff-relevant language Apply change-management strategies during rollout Respond effectively to questions and resistance from nursing staff Coach the nursing staff care out loud approach with confidence by using practical language, practice strategies, and clear consent and privacy guidance.By the end of this module, you'll be able to:

Explain Care out loud in plain language and describe when and where it fits into the nursing workflow.

Apply privacy, consent, and safe-use principles to coach nurses on ambient recording, including when to pause or stop recording. Coach and lead nurses through care out loud practice using supportive strategies, including addressing common challenges and facilitating short role-play exercises.
