Overview
This course is for product managers who are building products that contain GenAI features. It starts with teaching some underlying principles about LLMs and conversational AI, then looks at specific ways GenAI can be used in different product features, and what metrics can be used to measure the performance of GenAI features (including information retrieval accuracy and fairness/bias metrics).
The course concludes with a project in which you’ll draft a proposal for a GenAI-powered product.

AI is developing quickly and often sounds more like fiction than reality. In this lesson, we'll cut through the hype and focus on the real-world building blocks that make or break a great product.
Explore AI impact assessment, success metric definition, bias identification, mitigation techniques, and best practices in AI product management.
For this project, you'll choose a scenario, devise a plan to build a product that serves your target customer well, and create slides to win the support of the project's key stakeholders.
