While e-commerce is creating miracles, it is also constantly expanding its frontiers. This course takes the frontiers of the development of e-commerce as the object, and discusses the evolutionary laws and ecology of e-commerce in the form of specific topics, including two-sided market theory, long tail theory, Moore's law, Metcalfe's law, Davido's law, Matthew effect and other theoretical foundations.

The topics cover cross-border e-commerce ecosystems and other rapidly developing practical fields, including big data, cloud computing , business intelligence, blockchain and other technical building blocks that constitute e-commerce capabilities. In the context of the digital economy, e-commerce may evolve along the direction to a more connotative digital commerce world.

Therefore, the course intends to draw a picture of the future of e-commerce with the topics of digital economy and digital living.
