Using the Culturally Competent Communication (CCC) Guide and real-world scenarios, the course explores multilingual and translanguaging strategies, empowering professionals to enhance their collaboration, problem-solving, and service delivery skills in complex environments. Through interactive case studies, quizzes, contested dialogues, and reflective practice, you will develop the confidence and knowledge needed to engage constructively with disagreement and diverse perspectives in global professional settings.
