You will learn how AI tools streamline tasks, support scenario planning, and drive efficiency across the program lifecycle from Program Definition to Program Closure.
• Harnessing the Power of Generative AI in Program Management
In this module, you will gain hands-on experience with generative AI tools to optimize program planning, execution, and benefits realization. You will explore how AI-powered tools can be leveraged to enhance strategic decision-making, manage risks effectively, and improve stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the module dives into AI's challenges and ethical considerations in program governance, ensuring responsible and effective AI adoption.
