This course will teach you how to establish and maintain an open, precise, and timely communication flow in order to deliver the desired value. Effective communication is one of the key components of a project’s success. In this course, Facilitating Effective Communication with Others, you’ll learn to establish and maintain an open and precise communication flow within a team. First, you’ll explore how to use emotional intelligence with the aim of building a trusting working environment. Next, you’ll discover why ground communication rules are crucial for a team to follow.
