• Sustainability in Program Management
In this module, you'll develop the knowledge and skills to implement sustainable practices in projects and programs. You will explore sustainable project management practices, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and implementing sustainable practices. You will gain insight into how to align projects with global sustainability standards, thereby enhancing their impact and value.
• Future Focused Program Management
