In this module, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Project Management Office (PMO) and its critical role in organizational success. Participants will delve into the defining characteristics of high-performing PMOs, explore the tangible and strategic value PMOs bring to organizations, and examine the evolution of PMOs into Strategic Realization Offices (SROs) and Value Realization Offices (VROs).
• Change Management
In this module, you will explore change management principles and their application within a Project Management Office (PMO). It aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and lead change initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes and organizational alignment.
• Sustainability in Program Management
In this module, you'll develop the knowledge and skills to implement sustainable practices in projects and programs. You will explore sustainable project management practices, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and implementing sustainable practices. You will gain insight into how to align projects with global sustainability standards, thereby enhancing their impact and value.
• Future Focused Program Management
