  • Trading
  • In this section we look at the true core method behind creating a Win Win deal - trading! Working out what you have that the other party wants (not always money) and swapping it until you are both happy. It's powerful and means you'll get a fantastic deal even if you can't increase your budget or lower your prices.
  • Trading - Practical Tips, and Spotting Tactics
  • In this section we address trading - this is an essential part of the negotiation because it's where the win-win situations are built. Get this right and you could end up with a fantastic deal for yourself and a very happy business connection on the other side!
  • Reaching an Agreement
  • In this final section we look at Closing. How to get the deal signed and make sure everyone is happy. Then we review the course and give some final top tips.
