Enhance your experience further with a special documentary on the Excellences of the Modena District, specifically developed for this course. This immersive content offers a unique opportunity to explore the region, similar to our on-campus students’ experiences. Each module concludes with a quiz and weekly discussion forums to reflect on the diversity and complexity of the F&B world. Active participation in these forums helps build a robust network among participants. Successful quiz completions are required for earning a course certificate as detailed in our Grading Policy.
