Aperçu

Managing a company in the food and beverage industry is more than just selling tasty products—it's about nurturing people's bodies, souls, and hearts. This dynamic task involves a range of complexities.

Our course aims to address this with a focus on contemporary challenges faced by managers and entrepreneurs, accompanied by models and tools to craft effective strategies that delight customers and outshine competitors. This course encompasses four modules plus an introduction, each tackling a distinct dilemma in the F&B sector.

You'll engage with video lectures, guest speaker sessions, and interviews with managers and experts, giving participants invaluable insights and practical examples. Enhance your experience further with a special documentary on the Excellences of the Modena District, specifically developed for this course.

This immersive content offers a unique opportunity to explore the region, similar to our on-campus students’ experiences. Each module concludes with a quiz and weekly discussion forums to reflect on the diversity and complexity of the F&B world.

Active participation in these forums helps build a robust network among participants. Successful quiz completions are required for earning a course certificate as detailed in our Grading Policy.
