This is the second course in a series aimed at empowering you to become an effective leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, both inside and outside your organization. You will explore various methods for giving and receiving feedback, crucial for enhancing work relationships and performance.

- Communicate the gaps between expectations and current behaviors
- Propose ways to improve performance and relationships
- Request feedback when you haven't met expectations
- Explore strategies to enhance performance and relationships
- Correct any mischaracterizations of behavior or performance
- Manage emotions to prevent unnecessary conflict
The course uses engaging simulations where animated characters present challenging scenarios, helping you to understand different perspectives and interests. You'll gain a safe space to practice navigating difficult conversations and differing viewpoints.
